Delete your data

You can delete your Roomascope account and designs from the app, or request help by email.

In the app

1. Open About.
2. Save your Support ID if you also want help deleting records held by service providers.
3. Choose Delete account and designs and confirm.

Access to that account closes immediately. Server cleanup is queued and normally begins after a ten-minute grace period. It removes your application account, uploaded photos and generated designs from our Supabase storage. Failures can delay cleanup.

By email, or for other provider records

Request data deletion

Include your Support ID, if available, and whether you want the account/designs deleted or also associated AI-processing, analytics, diagnostics and subscription-provider records. If you lost the ID, explain the situation; we will ask only for information needed to identify and verify the request. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full card details. We will confirm what was completed and explain any records we must retain.

What deletion does not do

• It does not remove images already saved to your device or shared with others.
• It does not immediately purge every provider backup or log.
• Limited transaction, allowance, security and deletion records may be retained for the purposes described in our privacy notice.
• It does not cancel your subscription. Use Apple subscription settings to cancel renewal.

Roomascope does not use Facebook Login. You do not need to sign into Facebook to request deletion.
