Subscription terms

These terms describe Roomascope subscriptions and use of the service. Purchases in TestFlight, Apple sandbox or RevenueCat Test Store are tests and do not charge real money.

Your subscription

The purchase screen shows the price, currency and billing period applicable to your App Store storefront before you confirm.

• Weekly: 20 designs per paid week.
• Monthly: 60 designs per paid month.
• Annual: 200 designs for the entire paid year, billed upfront.

There is no free trial in the current offer. Unused designs do not roll over. All plans unlock the same styles, comparison and export. Restoring a subscription does not replenish used designs. A successful generated result uses one design allowance; unsuccessful service attempts release the reserved allowance.

Renewal and cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. View your next billing date and manage or cancel at Apple subscriptions. Cancellation normally leaves access until the end of the paid period, subject to refunds or revocation. Deleting the app or account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

For an Apple purchase refund, use Apple’s refund request service. Eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law; we do not guarantee a refund outcome.

What a design is

Results are AI-generated visual ideas. They can contain errors and change room details. They are not measurements, architectural plans or confirmation that a renovation is safe or feasible. Check dimensions, products and feasibility before spending money on a real project.

Your photographs

Only upload images you have the right to use. Avoid including people, documents or other private information unrelated to the room. You permit us and our processors to process the selected image to provide the requested design.

Access and history

Restoring a purchase can restore subscription access. Anonymous photo history may not be recoverable if the previous app identity is lost or you move to another device. Export designs you want to keep.

Licence and support

The app uses Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
